British Red Cross – Support at home volunteer

About this opportunity

Can you help people who have come home from hospital?

Help us continue this story by volunteering as a Support at Home volunteer – this could including practical support such as shopping for someone who has come home from hospital, reconnecting people with their communities to overcome loneliness or helping someone connect to organisations who can offer support with their long term health conditions.
