St Peter & St James Hospice provides expert care to adults living with a life-limiting illness in our community. Situated in North Chailey, they cover the the whole of the surrounding area. Their support extends to friends and families too.
About this opportunity
They require help with their 36 acre grounds, assisting with weeding, pruning, planting and coppicing (winter months). This will be as a part of a team, liaising with the head gardener.
They are looking for volunteers with an interest in horticulture, who have a good physical fitness level, and are reliable. You must also be IT literature enough to use emails.
Gardening sessions take place on a Friday morning from 8:30am til 12:00 noon.
